They can then use this card to purchase franchises and properties in hopes of maximizing their income without jeopardizing their credit rating. Maintaining a low credit balance and a steadily increasing income allows players to apply for higher-valued cards, with variables such as lottery and gambling aspects coming up along the way. The objective of the game is to be the first player with zero credit and a sufficient amount of income to obtain the limit-free "Black Credit Card", symbolizing a well-managed and trustworthy credit history. Charge Large was developed after the initial impact of the late 2000-era economic depression, in hopes teaching the younger generation about the importance of good credit.
