Product Shot 1 The Pros:So easy to learn. Good ice-breaker game. More versions (German, British, Yiddish, Bible, Kids, & more) being released.

The Cons:Heavily skewed towards American culture, so Canadian/International players may not relate to or understand certain cards. Can get repetitive with time (especially if you play with the same group of people).

The board game can play 4 to ten players and it is easy.  Just open the box, deal seven red apple cards, and you are ready to play! The judge selects one green apple card and puts it on the table.

Select the red card from your hand that you think is best described by a card played by the judge.  If the judge picks your card, you win that round.  Comparisons range from absolutely random people, places, things and events.  The game ensues hilarity.   It is a great game with friends and family.  Over 1,000 cards in the deluxe edition.  There is a travel size version.

Howlsthunder: #apples_to_apples This game has been a hit with every group I have played it with. Its perfect for getting to know new people because its easy to learn and there is no strategy other than selecting a card you think the judge will pick and arguing for it. :)

Definitely quick and easy - its just cards. Great humor in the game - I was judging the word "Delicious" once and it came down to a decision between "pit bulls" and "mold", which one would be more 'delicious'?. You can imagine how that went. :D Jun 24, 08
